Welcome To Palmetto!

Palmetto Elementary PTA Mission:

The overall purpose of Palmetto Elementary PTA is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and surrounding communities to advocate for all children. We collaborate while keeping children front and center on every issue.

PTA Reflections Program

"What is Your Story?" is this years theme for the National PTA Reflections Program. You can take it as you want.  Where do you come from?  Where are you going?  What is that one event in your life that you remember every detail of, as if it was yesterday?

Make it a date with your children to sit and reflect.  Share a story.  Write a story.  Draw a picture.

There are other categories in which our students can participate as well.

Deadline for entries:  November 10.

Final 5 students in each category get recognized at our year end Holiday and Reflections Concert and their work is submitted to participate at the County Level.  This years external judges will be announced next week.

Mass participation is a community effort.  Completely voluntary.  We strongly encourage everyone to participate so that once again Palmetto Elementary School stands out to be the amazing school that it is.

Please ensure that the following is supplied:  Title of Artwork and Artist Statement (10 to 100 words describing the work and how it relates to the theme).
